Shipping policies:
- All of our puppets are usually in stock. When a puppet is in stock, it will be shipped the next business day.
- If a puppet is not in stock and we have to make it, the puppet will be shipped within a week.
- Unshipped orders can be cancelled. To cancel an order, just call us at 972-247-5410.
- We currently do not accept any online orders from outside the US. If you are outside the US, please call us at 972-247-5410 to place an order.
- Workmanship is guaranteed. Pakaluk Puppets is not responsible for any damage due to the misuse of its puppets.
- We value your privacy at Pakaluk Puppets and pledge that we will only use your personal information for store business, and that we will never share this information with third parties except when necessary to comply with law enforcement agencies.
- We protect the security of your personal information by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts the information you input.
